RETURNS

Please choose your item carefully as we do not refund for “change of mind” purchases. We will gladly exchange product if you have ordered the wrong size providing that the item is returned unused, unwashed and in its original sealed packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date and will incur extra shipping costs. 
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please contact sleepsafenz@gmail.com to arrange pick up of returns. SleepSafe Mattress Protectors and Pillow Protectors are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for as long as it is used domestically for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
